If you are staying at the Swan or Dolphin and driver over to another Disney resort can you park and look around without a pass?

You can do that even if you are not staying at the Swolphin. Just tell the guard at the entrance that you want to look around for a possible future visit. Or just want to shop. About the only place you might have difficulty is at the Contemporary.
