Swan/Dolphin Refillable Mugs Question

Question: We are going to be at the Swan for 2 days and then back at the Dolphin a month later. Can I buy the refillable mugs at Tubbi's and use them for both trips? or are they like Disney resort mugs and the mugs are for that visit only?
