Swan/Dolphin Food and Wine classic question

We'll be staying at the Swolphin at this time and I was wondering if I bought food tickets (I don't drink so it might be a better option for me) if I could use them both days or are they for the specific night they're purchased on?

The way it was done last year was you paid $50 for each night for tapas and drinks you could go back as much as you wanted. Friday night had one or two different offerings from Saturday night.

Their site indicates you could do either the unlimited bracelet or tickets:
"Food and wine samplings also can be purchased a la carte on the day of event. Tickets are $2 each or 25 tickets for $45; or you may purchase a bracelet for $50 which allows you unlimited food and beverage samples"

Anyone else that can elaborate?

As last year was the first year I would you suggest you call Swan & Dolphin and ask them for accuracy. When I booked last year for this year they did suggest certain things might change plus I also did a seminar(I just noticed my photo on the website) and the wristbands were included.

Yes, it was that website, with the exception of /dis http://swandolphinfoodandwineclassic.com/dis.html . It's the 2010 site that they seem to have forgotten about. I'm still waiting to hear about this year's. It seems that the information was supposed to be out this week but is being delayed till next.
