So what is good at the Swan/Dolphin outside of the Shulas/Blue Zoo and The Italian location? Do the poolside options stay open for lunch and dinner? How is the good? Is the Splash Bar or Garden Grove any good? Thanks!

Not a big fan of Shulas. Blue Zoo is nice for Adults but not for children. Love the Italian place (Il Munilo) The prices were reasonable and the portions were very generous. Garden grove serves an excellent a la carte or buffet breakfast. Weekends it is a character buffet breakfast. We also really like The Fountain which is on the ground level of the Dolphin. Great lunches and snacks. Poolside we found the choices to be limited and expensive but was great for a cold refreshing beverage.

The previous poster covered a lot of stuff I would probably duplicate. So I want to jump in with a couple of options that weren't mentioned:

Fresh: I haven't been back in a past few years, but I enjoyed breakfast there. When I went, there was a buffet option, with made to order items and fresh squeezed juices. I don't know what may have changed since then. I haven't tried it for lunch.

Picabu: Chicken pot pie was terrific, and one of the smaller portioned items compared to their lunch specials. The size of those specials could easily be split between lighter eaters.

We are not a fan of Shula's....horrible steaks, great wine and service. Way overpriced.

Blue Zoo is very good. IL Mulino is fantastic.
Picabo...great burgers. Good quick breakfast.

Garden Grove...great buffet/a la carte breakfast.

Pool bar..great apps and drinks.

Fountain and Cabana (pool bar) - Both have great burgers. Fountain has very good ice cream as well (IMHO - better than Beaches & Cream).

Garden Grove - very good w/e breakfast (with characters). Comparable to Fresh.

Fresh - excellent breakfast. Used to be an amazing brunch as well, but that is no longer offered.

BlueZoo, Shulas, Il Mulino - all excellent choices for a nice, albeit expensive, meal.

Haven't tried Picabu yet.

I like the fountain., It has a similar menu to B&C, but it has more space and not as packed. I like the onion rings, the salads and the BLT. DH says the burger was just as good as B&C.

They have a sundae I really like. It is hte apple pie sundae. A slice of apple pie with soft serve vanilla ice cream and caramel. It is so good!

For a great steakhouse experiance Shula's in the Dolphin is great. Have eaten here many times and have never been disapointed.

For Italian Il Mulino's in the Swan is great.

The Fountain in the Dolphin is great for a quick meal and ice cream floats.
