dad went home yesterday!! mom's pulling her hair out already though. dad's acting like a child...you tell him no, he says i'm gonna do it anyway! poor mom...she's trying to clean out cabinets of stuff he's not allowed to have...he's driving her nuts. we knew that would happen though...lol

not to brag..... but remote starter too....I have it set at 74 degrees so that is the temp when I get in then i turn on my heated seats and warm my buns

glad to hear dad is doing OK Brandie....sending PD for mom though

poor little Ruben...he is potty trained you know...to go outside but when I have taken him out this morning he lasts about 10 seconds then drops trying to hold his little paws out of the snow...his little feet freezing...so I brought him in and put down newspapers for him to poop on...so far nothing....he must be holding it....poor puppy

8 inches of snow over here - no school today, and I wasn't about to fight my way to work, either.

It was sooo COLD out there today - and it's supposed to be COLDER tomorrow!! Five-day weekend is looking better'n'better.

I'm so jealous - my parents left this past Sunday and went to FL - their cruise is next Saturday, and they're staying with friends until then! This is the gift everyone bought for their 50th anniversary - I'll bet they're thanking us all over again.

yes Ann...Ruben finally went....he picked a sunny spot in the afternoon. Then last night we had to put out a large piece of card board and that worked. I still have the newspaper on the floor but he doesn't seem to know what its for. I suppose I can't complain that my dog won't go in the house but sometimes I wish he would just so I wouldn't worry about him. You should see him outside....he goes and then he starts trying to get all 4 paws off the ground and he falls down and can't get up...poor thing.

We have no school today which actually works to my benefit since 3 of my kiddies have teachers for mom's...so I'm working a light day
I think I heard Sunday we'll be having a heatwave...up near 30

you guys get better soon....I have had a cold for a while now....but I have a horrible headache this morning....yes Christine....we should move to Florida

LETS DRIVE TO WDW FOR APRIL VACATION!!!!
....if we left Friday night we could still get in 6 good WDW days. I would love a long drive in my NEW car NOBODY YELLED NO!!! ...... well.... the fire alarm went off and Jerry ran out the door.....so he was saved by the ......BELL
BUT I am SERIOUSLY giving this some thought. MIke Won't have a FULLTIME job yet cuz he's still in school...I just found out that I have the week almost all off....through no choice of my own....I work for teachers
I ALREADY HAVE LEFTOVER PASSES
ANd I can use my summer vacations for my camper

hiking with the kids sounds like fun SSB!! I always loved doing that very thing when mine were younger....some of my best memories come from that sometimes just a mile down the road and lots of times in the White Mountains of NH

Only hiking I'm doing this weekend is up and down the aisles at the grocery store....maybe the mall with DD...she's making and 18th birthday gift basket for her best friend...friend is going on a Carribean cruise with her mom during Feb vacation so the basket will have a tropical/travel theme. Any ideas???
