I remember reading a couple years back you could not check in after a certain time (we normally take late flights). But now I'm not seeing that information anywhere! What is the latest you can check in to the Dolphin?

Hmm it has been that way since at least 2000. Front desk is always staffed by someone.


Note: this assumes that you had a reservation for that day/night and you were not trying to check-in for the next day.
