Swan Concierge Question

Hi All!

I just wondered, has anyone asked the concierge at the Swan for a PS? Can they get short notice PS's like the Disney concierges can?

I plan on making my own anyway, but just in case it would be good to have a back up plan.

I stayed at the Swan a week and a half ago.

I overheard the concierge talking to a family about what they were going to do that day. (I guess they weren't the kind of people who have every minute planned months ahead!) The concierge was suggesting dining options and when the family decided on a restaurant she said "I'll make the reservation for you".

What surprised me was that the family didn't stick around to find out if the concierge had any problems getting the reservation at the time they wanted. The parks were pretty empty but some of the restaurants had pretty long lines.
