Swan, BW or Beach Club????

I've always stayed at the Swan or Dolphin and really love them, but I think I need to try one of the others. I really love the boardwalk area so want to stay there. It will be me, my husband and 4yr old GD. Can't wait!! We are wanting to go in Sept after the crowds. Which hotel, and even what is the best week in september. Ya'lls help in that direction would be appreciated.

i love the boardwalk!!!!! stayed there on my honeymoon.. but, with a 4yr old if she likes to swim you can't go wrong with the beach club and stormalong bay!!!

The BW is really quiet. You can either use the quiet pool at the Inn or the main pool (clown pool) or quiet pool at the villas. The biggest advantage though is Community Hall. Tons of daytime activities for kids, including craft projects and such. It's still hot in September, and the activities at CH are a great way to pass the daily afternoon t-stoems.

The BW is conveniently located near both the back entrance ot Epcot and a hort walk to MGM. There are tons of things to do in teh evening--free entertainment on the BW, and lots of restaurants in the immediate vacinity, and Oh the BAKERY!!

IMHO SAB is just too large to really keep a good eye on a four year old, but the pools at teh BW are just right

You really can't go wrong with any of the resorts. You can often get a great rate at the Swan (see www.allearsnet.com). My 4 year old loves it there. They have a great grotto pool.

I always stay at the Swan or Dolphin, too, so I understand. I think any of the other Epcot resorts would be great - though I love the Yacht Club's lobby! Maybe see which one has the best deal for the time you want to stay.

September is hot, no matter when you go! The Food and Wine Festival begins September 30th, so keep the last week in mind if that interests you. That will also make it more crowded than earlier weeks in September.

I believe the pin event is the 9th - the 11th so that would be some pretty heavy crowds that weekend
