Swan and Dolphine Discount

We are going in September, and probably going to stay at the Swan or Dolphin for the teacher discount. After being on hold for 15 minutes, AFTER already sitting on hold for several minutes, being picked up and then put back on hold. I gave up trying to talk to the reservation line there. So my questions are 1) can you get the discount if you reserve a room online 2) is there certain times of the year you can get it and other times you can not?

I'm not sure about the teacher discount online because i've never tried that one but I have gotten their other discounts, Military and fl. resident online so i would think you could book that as well....maybe not though. I think it's always available but they only have so many rooms that they will book at that price, so once those are gone the discount may not be available anymore.

Go to this link: http://www.swandolphin.com/ On the right side of the page (you may need to scroll down a bit), you will see "Special Offers". Click on that and it will bring up several discounts, including teacher, nurse, military.

Click on the teacher discount and it will take you to a page where you can put in your dates and check the rates!


Over the past year or 2, the AAA rates have actually been the same as the Teacher rates.

Don't forget to bring some sort of ID that shows you are a teacher. I do the same with the government rates at hotels, but they will ask for a form of ID that shows you are a teacher at check-in.
