SWA - when to book seats?

We will be flying SWA for the first time in Sept. and I'm wondering when we can all ahead to book a section? thanks!

You don't call ahead to book a section.

How old are your kids? You may be allowed to preboard if they are young.

Either way 24 hour BEFORE your flight, you can go on-line and check in using your confirmation numbers. That will get you a boarding pass with a lette (A, B, C) They board in groups by letter.

Also, be aware that it's cattle call boarding -- no assigned seats -- first come, first served. A goes on first, then B, etc.
