For those that use (and abuse 
) SWA TTF I came across an interesting tidbit today. I had 3 itineraries that we were not able to use. I needed to book 2 OW tickets. For the first ticket, I put in two of the conf #'s. What I didn't notice right away, was that they used all of the first conf # EXCEPT $10 and part of the second conf #. For the second ticket, I used the 2nd and 3rd conf #'s and again, they used all but $11 of one, and part of the other. So in all 3 itineraries, I still had funds left. This was dismaying because some are expiring in a few months and I wanted to use them up. Anyway, I went to the travel center, and looked up my 3 orig conf #'s and found that one had $10 REFUNDABLE funds, one had $11 REFUNDABLE funds and then the thrie had a balance of refundable and non refundable funds. I concluded that when you use TTF, they always take the non refundable first.
I rmember loosing about $10 of TTF last year, and couldn't figure out how it happened. Now I know. So watch when you use those funds. Of course, those that call and ask for a full credit don't need to worry about this.
