If i book my flights today and the price goes down tomorrow i get a credit.

Do i have to FLY within a year of getting the credit or BOOK within a year

That credit will need to be used (flight done) within one year of the initial purchase. Not the date you get the credit or not the date of your original flight.

If you book today for a flight in Oct, you would have to use any credits (FLY) by this date next year.
