Swa-open!

The rates out of PHL/LGA/BWI all suck.(for my dates) I'm back to thinking I might actually use Spirit again but the thought give me chills. Kids won't like it but I think I am driving this year. I am refusing to pay over 1000 for 4 people for flights. I guess those days are long gone

Wow i lucked out. was on fence for 123 pp each way from BDL to MCO. booked about 15 min ago though was hoping i could get for 109$. Just checked and way down just jumped to 149! Glad i pulled the trigger!

I paid $161 per person from PHL to MCO. Too much in my opinion, :headache: but I wanted the first flight out. I didn't purchase return tix yet since we're not sure yet if we're staying a week or adding 2 more nights, which depends on how much time hubby can get away from his job. Disappointed with the prices, but paid it anyway. :rolleyes1

Had enough points to pay for 5 round trip tickets.:cool1: I did pay for the EBCI both ways.

Know what you mean. We got 109 going down to Fl but 144 coming home (eh). No sooner was I done booking, prices jumped 130.00 and 176.00.

Unfortunately, having a problem with DSIL flight home. She is leaving days earlier on a Sunday. She does not want a connecting (don't blame her) and she can't take a late flight (sight problems driving at night). And the only non stop flight available is not being offered for the wanna get away price. :sad1: I had to book her a flight for Saturday (she's not happy) but I thought it best to secure a decent flight for her and worry about changing it later. I'm keeping my fingers crossed hoping they will open that non stop flight on Sunday.

Agreed. Just priced Spirit with checked back and seats and got it down to 1100 but the 2 hour not worth is being I really dont care for flying them. 16.5 hour drive here I come.

Holding my breath Frontier in Trenton might have an option for me

Good Luck. Last year we were not as lucky with prices!

Booked this morning for an August trip out of Buffalo and got $112 each way. Can't complain about that price at all.

Last year we paid more for flights than we wanted but bit the bullet and did it anyway. Driving wasn't an option at the time. Good luck with your flights home. I am having a problem with DSIL's flight home. Right now I have her booked to leave a day earlier than planned. Hopefully they will open a non stop.

$139e/w Chicago MDW-ORD. Only one return flight at $139, the rest were crazy!

Waiting for hubby to wake up (he works night shift) so I can pull the trigger and grab out SW flight to Orlando. Unfortunately it didn't open November dates so I can only do our flight there in October. $172 from Portland, OR to Orlando seems good to me.

We will NEVER fly Spirit again. That was the filthiest plane I've ever been on and the longest trip ever! I have many horror stories from the one trip I took with them.

After our terrible Spirit trip, we vowed to only take non-stop flights. SWA is supposed to have non-stop from MN, but none scheduled for our dates. I was really hoping!

Yes crazy! I just booked a 139 to fly in...but had to settle for 190 return. Grrrrr painful....but so worth the extra 46 + hours it adds to our disney time!!!!

I booked 1 way chicago midway to Orlando for $139 but am still deciding what to do about the return flight .... I have my choice of times at $139 for the return flight but I thought the price might drop more before September but now I'm thinking maybe I should just book. Hmm, decisions ;-)

I am getting $141 each way out of PHL for July 16th to 26th
The 16th is a Wednesday and I thought they would be cheaper for a weekday than a weekend and they are the same price.
