Has anyone ever had a problem with online checkin on SWA?
I'm booked on a flight tomorrow morning and tried to checkin this morning but got an "Oops! Sorry, your itinerary is ineligible for checkin online. Please proceed any Southwest Airlines Ticket Counter to checkin for your flight".
I even called and they had the same info I saw online. Anyone have experience why I wouldn't be able to checkin online? The person I'm travelling with had no problem checking in. I'm not a senior, child or infant. It was 24hrs before the flight and more than an hour. I have a ticketless reservation. It is not a military fare, group fare and I do not need a second seat.
This has really put a damper on my "day before vacation" mood.

It also meant that I was subject to "additional" screening at security too. I've now had it happen two or three times and it's really no big deal. In fact, when the security line was long, I actually got to skip it for my personal attention from the TSA 



Nobody can tell my why it keeps happening. I read speculation on Flyertalk that it could be because my Government ID name that I enter on the ticket doesn't match my RR name exactly. It is super frustrating.
