SWA Online Check In Policy Change?

I understand that it is now 24 hours prior (not at 12:01AM day of travel).

What about separate confirmation numbers? I have a friend that booked her family of 4 under 1 reservation, and I told her to call & break it into 4 so she could check in online. They wouldn't do it for her.

Has something changed, can she get boarding passes for 4 people under one confirmation # online?

Their policy changed nearly a year ago. I am sure veteran SW folks can tell you exactly when.

Both policies have changed. You can check in at the 24-hour mark and with more than one person on a reservation number.
