SWA - how do you adjust for price drop?

hi -
we just booked from phl to mco 12/30-1/5 on SWA - if the price does drop, how do i go about getting the credit? also, can you change your flight to a different one the same day if it becomes available???? thanks!

go to travel tools on the website and go to change my reservation..center your confirmation number and name that appeared on the card used to purchase the tickets. follow the directions on the screen from there. as far as the credit i will have to write back later.. the same thing happened to me today and i now have a credit of $76 but i dont know if it went on my credit card or if they will send me something. you can change flights the same way.

If you have a credit from a nonrefundable fare, it just sits at Southwest. You can use it on a future flight, but there is a time restriction (a year maybe?)
