Southwest does have a blog site, http://www.blogsouthwest.com/, in which postings by employees are open for public comment. This isn't so much a Q&A format, as a good place to learn about why SWA does what it does how it does, and a place to submit your opinions on things.

I'll second the flyertalk suggestion. There are some SW employees that post on the forum, at least one posts on an official basis.

The FAQ gives excellent information on SWs policies. There is a thread where people do a good job speculating when the schedule will be extended.
