I'm hoping someone here can explain this to me - SWA just opened up December for reservations earlier this week. Immediately, they showed the best fares for Dec. 11 as unavailable. Our flight to MCO is $79 - occasionally you'll see it go to $49, but not often. But the return flights are crazy - only the early morning ones are priced "normally" (we can't do early morning since we'll be disembarking from the Wonder that morning).
On average we pay $700 for my family of 4 to fly on SWA non-stop between Hartford and MCO. At the best price available now, it will be $900. But I still don't get how flights returning to both Hartford and Providence already say "unavailable."
Anyone else experiencing the same frustration??
At $900, it would certainly be cheaper to drive (which we've also done), but with two kids in the mini-van, I'd rather arrive at WDW with my sanity intact!
