Swa expiring credits

MY credits are expiring tomorrow. I called SWA customer care center number to see about extending my expiration date. They said I have to call back on Friday and I will be charged $100 per credit. Two of the credits are worth $112.90 each so that's almost the whole amount. My other one is worth $275 so that will give me $175. The rep said they will issue me a voucher that I can give to anyone to use

I just wanted to share my experience in case someone else has expiring credits.
