SWA Credit and Rapid Rewards Question

As mentioned earlier, I have 4 credits (we have 4 different reservations numbers due to the checkin policy) - thus 4 $60 credits.

So, next time I go to use these credits, can I combine them all and apply them into one ticket purchase - or is it a one to one relationship: one credit to one ticket purchase?

Also, we will be getting a Rapids Rewards voucher since we have 16 award credits. I understand this is good for only 1 year. Are there any blackout dates for these vouchers? Is SWA like other airlines, in that there are only so many seats on a plane that qualify for the RR voucher use?

How does one book with the RR voucher? Do you have to call SWA? Since we will be traveling April vacation week next year (almost all of New England is off then), I would hate to only be able to purchase 3 tickets and have the plane sold out when I try to use the voucher.

you can book the rapid rewards voucher online, i did this recently for the first time. it is very easy! at the top of the reservations screen there is a link for rapid reward reservations.


to reserve with ticketless travel funds, go to the 'travel center' on the southwest site and there is a link to view and apply ticketless funds. when you click the link you will see you can use up to 4 seperate credits.

You can combine them all for one ticket or apply them to separate tickets.

Not many blackout dates at all. That is covered on their website,
just do a search.
