Just taking a shot in the dark here, but does anyone remember several posts a few months back about a really nice SWA agent named Chris who was very helpful in refunding money when a cheaper "Ding" rate was booked? As I recall one of the posters also listed his phone number. I'd really like to find those posts if anyone can help. Thanks
