Have A18-21, any suggestions on what seats we should/can snag with 2 adults and 2 kids (6 and 9)?

You're going to pretty much have you pick of seats, that's about the best you can do without spending the extra $$ on business class fares.

Assuming it's the first flight for the plane and not a connecting flight, at the most there will only be 17 people boarding in front of you. Since there are 120+ seats on the plane, I don't see you'd have a problems getting what you want.

If it was me, I'd get Window & Middle, Window & Middle. Let the kids have the window with the adults next to them. If you want, go Window & Aisle (middle empty) until the FA's advise it's a full flight. You might get lucky and get some extra room.

They could possibly be some unaccompanied minors boarding before you, as well as some medical preboards. They will all be placed in the front rows. Then, any full fare/business class fare people will board in the A1-15 spots. If there aren't any in that group, you will only 2 people in line before you...A16 and A17.
The only seats you can't take are the exit row seats...you can't be under 15 for those seats. You also can't be flying with anyone that is under 15 and take those seats...so they are out for you.
Other than that.....you have the whole plane to choose from. I would choose seats toward the front...that way, you are in the first group to get off, and you will have plenty of overhead bin storage.

Enjoy sitting where ever you want! We personally have always done 3 on one side with me in the aisle seat on the other side. My girls would much rather sit together than worry about the window. They agree that one gets the window down and the other gets it on the way back...... 2x2 would mean you would have 2 random people sitting by you with mom and dad in the middle seats. I don't have a problem making new friends, but I don't do middle seats well.

This; except that your kids will not be allowed to sit in an exit row, FWIW.

The exit aisles fill up fast but you'll have a good choice with almost any A boarding.

Thanks everyone... Ended up being first people on plane, all 4 in row 1 with middle seats empty, was nice and to be able to stretch out..
