SW RR free flight questions - TIA

I hope someone here can answer this. DH and I both took new visas for the 2 free flights, so we have a total of 8 certs between us. I want to book our Dec trip tomorrow. Do we both need to call to book the 4 certs in our own names, or can I book all 8? One call, and hand it off or two seperate calls?

Its going to be an early morning, as it looks like the open time is about 3am on the west coast....

also, how do you vets do it? Do you find the flights you want online while waiting to talk to an agent? Do you simply wait and work through it with the agent? I plan to have a couple of "acceptable" options for each direction to make sure that we can use the credits...any other advice?

Each free flight will be booked separtrately. My advice, book as 4 one ways. (2 out & 2 back). Same flights for both. Or book as 2 round trips. But each flyer will have to have separate PNR.
