SW PVD to MCO AM I imagining things?!?!?

OK- I checked SW this am for a one way on August 19th and it was still $160one way. I just came back from a walk and said to my self "Check it one more time". I could have sworn there was an internet fare for $59-88 one way. I got all excited and whent to go cancel my other tickets and rebook and then IT WAS GONE!!! AM I losing my mind or am I just not quick enough anymore?!?!?!?

I can't tell you if there was the low rate, but I can tell you that they go quickly. What you should of done was book the new fare all the way through to the "pay" screen. Open another window and cancel your old tickets, then you will have the ticketless travel funds to apply to the new fare.

But you never know, that quick fare may show up again.

I need SW for mid to late August, too. I have been monitoring like crazy, waiting to pounce. As soon as I see a decent fare drop I will share my findings on the Dis, and hope all you PVD to MCO travelers will do the same!

I think what happened is that you had Philadelphia in the Arrival airport by mistake instead of orlando. It is the next one on the list and is currently showing Fun Fares for $59-$88.

Kind of stinks when you get your hopes up, huh???

Hopefully when they release the next set of dates, we will get the good rates from PVD.

yeah, we have been looking too for PVD to MCO for 13 people in August. I think paying $160.00 each way is crazy. Looking for something a lot less expensive!!

It's so frustrating when stuff like that happens. But...also make sure you have DING because I would almost bet they will come out with a Ding fare for that time. I was very patient and was able to get one for June from Hartford for $47 each way. My neighbor did manage to get one last August if that is any indication.
