Does anyone follow SW's flight schedules?
We are flying out on March 3/2012 and returning on March 13/2012.:woohoo:
From what I've read, the earlier you book=the cheaper your cost.
I can book to, but not from as yet.
I've been checking their site everyday, but it still only allows bookings until March 9/2012.
Anyone have any idea how much longer I'll have to wait??:hourglass

I was worried about just booking the one way, hoping to do it all in the same transaction! Hopefully the new dates will be released soon, I like to have everything organized...I'm a bit of a planner!

The info on the next release date is posted on the Southwest Web site in the Travel Tools section. Here's the latest:

We are currently accepting air reservations through March 9, 2012. On September 5, we will open our schedule for sale through April 9, 2012. This date is subject to change! Please check back frequently.

If you are flying at a busy time like Spring Break, very often the fares will be lowest on the day they come out. For less busy times--and sometimes even for what would be considered busier times--fare sales do come out later. No way to tell for sure. The good thing about SWA is that you can rebook at the lower fare without paying any change fees and you will get the difference in the form of credits for a future flight. There's actually a benefit to booking each way separately under those conditions because if the price drops for one direction you can just rebook that without messing with the other direction (and if the price for that direction has gone up, being forced to rebook both ways will eat into the savings you get for the fare drop on the other).
