SW Kiosk Requirements?

What info is required in order to print a boarding pass at a Southwest kiosk? If I don't have the credit card that the ticket was paid with, is it ok if I only have the reservation code?

The kiosk asks for your reservation number. If you don't have it all that is needed is your photo ID and a representative can check you in.

Or your Rapid Rewards number.
You will need an id for the ticket agent if checking bags (and then at security).
