I am checking the flight schedule ALL The time.. and I just went there and went OH look they changed the main page, the flights must be out.. LOL.. NOPE! still to October 29th... WHEN are they coming....

I was just coming here to ask a question about that. I'm flying out Nov. 15 and have been waiting forever for SW to post their flights for that time. Does anyone know when this will happen? I'm sick of checking the website every day.

You might have read where I posted this before, but I called the Customer Service number (214) 7922-4223 and asked. The very nice lady said that they have some new planes in their fleet (which I did read about in the paper) and it takes them a while to fit them into the schedule. She thought that the dates should be out sometime "middle to 3rd week in July".

Maybe someone else should call the number above and see if they get a different story!

Is Southwest's next update supposed to include both November and December, or will December's fares be out next month?

The truth is no one but the SWA gods know ! But I would guess that they will have Dec on there too.

The longer they wait I think the better the chances that December will be included (at least that is what I am hoping ). I called the SW number every day this week since we were in Destin and I could go to the business center to use the internet if the flights did come out. Everyone I talked to thought they should have been out by the end of this week. A couple people said they are usually released at 10:00 central time although I am sure this has been posted before.

I too am waiting for November dates to come out. I'm traveling with family 11/6-11/13. It's just out of reach and driving me crazy. I think they may be waiting to see what Independence Air does before they extend their dates as IA will be starting service to Orlando in November.

Having never flown Southwest, I was wondering (and hoping), for the $49 deal I've heard about. Might that be available when they announce the December fares? Or is that some kind of "hit or miss" special fare SW offers?

Hi,

Southwest usually has internet fares starting at $79-$119 one way. They dropped their prices last week starting at the $49 rate. I think that is only an internet special too. Did you say you have heard about December dates? Usually, SWA only books out a 4 months in advance. The last I knew, they are currently booking through October 29th. I've been checking daily and calling and when I call, the reps say "they should be extending the dates out soon..........could be this week". This has been going on for over a month now. Its frustrating.........I have the hotel booked, the hopper passes paid for and in my hands, I'm just waiting on the air now.
