SW Front of the line pass ??

Good Afternoon,

We have a trip planned to WDW for Sept and I am planning a day at SW Wed. Sept 10th. Would it be a wise thing to buy the front of the line pass for a week day visit in September? There are 4 of us in our family, and it would mean approx another 80.00 for the day. I am not much of a big roller coaster lover, so I would only need it for the shows. My 13yo wants to ride the coasters, so he'd be the one getting the most use of the pass.
Thoughts/recommendations?

They actually suspended its use for the shows this summer. They might start that up again in Sept. but I don't think you'd need it. Manta is the main thing it's good for, so if you're not a coaster buff you should have no problem seeing the shows in the fall.
