SW flight fare went down

Booked with RR points and now fare went down. How do I get the difference in fare back in points without losing our seats.

You don't have seats on SW

but to get the lower fare, click on change flight, enter the info (confirmation # and name), select the flight you want to change for the lower fare & then select the lower fare flight. It will return the points for the old flight & take the points for the new, lower fare flight. It also transfers the small tax charge you paid to the new reservation so you don't have to pay it again.
