SW Fares - What do you think?

The fares for Providence to Orlando are $49 right now. The flight we have for going down is available but coming home is unavailable. I tried to change the reservation in their Travel Center online but it made my price for the return flight higher; and therefore the entire reservation became higher than what I am currently paying. What do you think the chances are of our return flight later becoming available at the $49 price. Thanks for your opinions!

What dates are you trying for? What if you purchased two one way tickets?

NEAR ZERO, either try to switch your return flight to one way, change your return flight or pay what you're currently paying.

This type of deep discounting is usually done right before they extend their schedule, check next TH. If your return flight is so full that no further discounts are available now then I doubt if future discounts on that flight will be available.

I already had two tickets purchased. I ended up changing my return flight so we come home a little later but was able to save $35.60
