SW Ding Communication Error

I've been getting a communication error on my Southwest Ding all this week on both work computer and home laptop.

Don't want to miss any ding offers from Houston to Orlando for the month of August....!!!

Anyone getting that lately?

Sometimes the Ding! application will load before you are fully connected.

Right click on the Ding! icon after you are fully booted up and click on "connect now". That usually solves the problem for me.

We are also flying out of Hobby in August and are also hoping for a DING fare!!! Hope you get the problem solved!!!

Has your firewall updated?
Sometimes you need to **** the firewall and then re load ding and then re activate your firewall, so it recognizes it.
