I know you can get SW boarding passes at the 24 hour mark prior to departure. However, should I stress about not being able to do this right at the 24 hour mark? It's an 8:45 PM flight out of PHL. We'll be at a wedding and I won't be able to do it until about 4-5 hours after. I don't have anyone who could check in for us online while we're out and I'm not even thinking about doing it from the wedding...I'll be enjoying a few cocktails and dancing, hopefully!
I'm not sure if I should even worry if we don't have A passes b/c I should be able to preboard with DD 4 who will have a medical pass and then DH could preboard with DS 2 (if preboarding for families with younger kids is allowed) and then DS 7 would get to come along as well, right? I have no problem sitting in the back so all of us can sit together (across two rows) or if need be, we could sit one parent with one kid and the other with two kids. Any thoughts/advice?!
