Someone told me that they had seen some posts about Guest Services printing out boarding passes for your return flight for you for South West Airlines. They also said you could go over to the Dolphin/Swan and do it yourself at computer center. Can anyone confirm this or have any experience with it?

We stayed at ASSp the first full week of June and the morning of our return flight I went down to the lobby and ask at the concierge desk and they printed our boarding passes for SW.

We stayed at the BWV and at midnight took our reservation number down to the front desk and the desk attendants printed out our boarding passes for us. By the way, we weren't alone...there were others getting theirs printed out, too.

Last Dec. I went to the front desk at WL just after midnight and they printed our SWA boarding passes for us.

From 7am-10pm, Lobby Concierge will print out boarding passes for you. From 10pm-7am, the Front Desk can do it. :)

WL offered to do it for us last April. We flew SW, and had trouble printing our boarding passes from our computer for our flight to Orlando. After calling SW, they couldnt tell me why there was a problem just that we had to get our passes at the airport, which we did with no problem. For the flight home, I checked with the front desk at WL, and they told me they would be happy to do it. We went down at midnight, but they encountered the same problem I had at home and were unable to print them.

Were you selected for an additional security screening? That will prevent you from being able to check in online. We haven;t had it happen to us on SW yet, but it happened a couple of times on ATA.

Well, that is the strange thing...we only fly once a year to Disney (no where else), and never had a problem...then this problem with SW. Someone mentioned it could be because we took a passenger off of our itinerary 3 weeks before we left, and that sent up a red flag. Coming home, while checking in with SW, we were told we were on the TSA "no fly list". However, she said we were fine to fly that particular day, and they did not do any extra security check on us while at the airport...huh?! She told me to call the TSA the next day. The problem is, you have to send the TSA 4 forms of ID and notarize the original birth certificates...etc... Since I am not sure we really are red flagged by the TSA, I am not sure I am going to go through all of that for myself and my children who do not even HAVE the required four forms of ID the TSA wants!

Thanks everyone for the responses. You hear so many rumors, I just wanted to hear it from the people that know. Thanks again. :cool1:

Last summer due to Hurricane Charlie we opted to stay and changed our return flight on SW. Seems that flagged us for extra security and the front desk at SSR could not print boarding passes for us, although they tried.
