Sushi/Vegetarian option at Yakitori

Hi, Has anyone had the sushi at Yakitori House in Epcot? What's it like, nice or the standard pre-packaged stuff you buy in supermarkets?

Also my DH is vegetarian. I can't see any veggie options on the menu at allears. Has anyone been able to get a vegetarian option here?

Dd and I had the Tokyo Roll, we think it's good. It's in a package, but did not taste pre-packaged, if that makes sense. I imagine it's made in the other restaurant that serves sushi as they don't make it in front of you. Tasted very fresh, just like if we went to a sushi place and got it in a take out container. I haven't had any vegetarian options there.
