sushi at Epcot??

We are going in June, DH and I plan on getting a CS dinner at Epcot. I have never had sushi (love seafood) and have been wanting to...we live in. the. hicks...

How is the sushi? Good for a first timer?

i am a moderate sushi eater. And my wife never had it before Japan in epcot. She loved it. My personal opinion is it OK as far a sushi goes but its good for first timers. Try it there and if you like it get some from your local japanees place. Sushi is a great meal any time.

I've never eaten it at the walk up- but would assume it would be premade like at a grocery store, If you can do a sit down which is super casual, Tokyo Dining has a really nice menu.

I am an avid sushi eater. Have had it all over the world. I would SPLURGE and go to the Cali Grill. Best Sushi ever and you do not need an ADR. You can eat in the lounge and just have Sushi.
