Sushi at California Grill

Will they make a custom platter for you - like the "Yoshie‟s Deluxe Sushi Platter" but with all cooked fish? I'm pregnant and can't eat raw, but love love love some maki rolls!!!

Could I make a few suggestions?

The Shrimp Tempura Roll is, in my opinion, the best roll Yoshie does. It is not listed on the menu but we have ordered it every time we have dined at CG (over a dozen).

It is two cooked tempura shrimp, rolled in rice paper with mango & watermelon and served with an orange ginger dipping sauce.

The California Roll is also great and has no raw seafood.

You could also request a modified Spicy Kazan Roll. The roll contains tuna (raw, ask to omit), shrimp (cooked), crab (cooked) and a fireball sauce with bay scallops (cooked) and tempura crunch.

FYI the Spicy Kazan & Shrimp Tempura are my favorite sushi offerings at CG!
