Someone mentioned that Janu would still get her money.
Does anyone know how much money each person gets for being in Survivor, the jury and 2nd place?

Hmm, But the guy is strong and he has played the game well. Sorry, I think he deserves to be where he is--the rest of them, no way!! I think Tom is the only ONLY reason that tribe never went to TC. Because without him pulling everyone along in challenges--they wouldn't be here now!! I think they know that. Granted, they should have booted him for strategy purposes it would have been the SMART thing to do.

There were others who helped them win those challenges. Remember there were a couple that Tom did not participate in and they still won. It takes a team effort. I won't sit here and say that the whole tribe helped but there are a few who did carry their own weight such as Ian, Gregg, Coby...

I think 2nd place is $100,000....don't know about the others

It's been a while since I have heard any numbers. But I do know that the 1st runner up (second place) WILL win $100,000.000. And then the first place winner wins the 1 million.

The rest I think is $2,500 for the first person out and then it goes up from there. So the longer you stay in the more you are able to take home. They don't get a bonus for being on the jury.

I think it will be Tom/Ian/Katie in the finals too but I wish they'd leave Katie behind because I really don't like her. Past that I think it's a toss up for the final two but I really want it to be Tom/Ian. The main problem is if Tom/Ian win the final immunity and either of them take Katie they'd probably win it all, so that will be a tempting option for them both.

During the previews for next week it looked like Ian, Tom and Gregg where gunning for Katie. She could be next. I can see Tom still pulling the wool over Caryn's eyes and Gregg saying all the right words to Jenn to have them vote out Katie. Then the next week they will go after Caryn and then Jenn. But this is all in my head, who knows what they are thinking.

I don't see Gregg or Jenn voting for each other. They are too tight. Tom and Ian are also tight, but they are cracking a bit under pressure.

I see the final 4 to be Katie and Caryn with either Gregg and Jenn or Tom and Ian. It all depends on who gets immunity and who can sway the 2 women. I think there will be a big power play next week. I see Gregg puttting Tom in his sights. There has already been talk about Tom leaving. Tom will be a fool if he doesn't get rid of Gregg if he gets the chance next week.

um, NO. if you read the post right I was implying that Jen is "riding the tails" just like Amber did and could possibly win. i don't think anyone (including Amber) who plays like that deserves to win. I think the girls ( & the other guys) are all dumb for NOT voting tom out. He wasn't the only reason koror didn't go to TC's....there were others on his team...but the game is outwit, outplay, outlast

I think the person that makes it to the final two and then wins the jury vote deserves to win. By any means. That's the point of the whole game. Sometimes I don't LIKE the outcome, but that doesn't mean it's undeserved. YMMV!!

THURSDAY May 5, 8PM ET/PT ON SURVIVOR: PALAU ​

The aftermath of an emotional Tribal Council and stormy weather combine for a night the tribe will never forget.

The last TC was emotional!!?? Could have fooled me. Glad that Mother Nature is going to punish them with a hard night. That is what they get for voting out Steph!

To their surprise and delight, some Survivors are overwhelmed by a visit from their loved ones.

Well, it looks like reward will be time with the loved one. I can see Caryn and Jenn breaking down in tears. Maybe even Ian.

A strong alliance leaves one castaway on the outside looking in, with Immunity the only chance for survival.

I remember seeing a comercial with Ian saying something like "The game is now ON!" Could be that Tom and Gregg are getting closer together? But then I can also see this happening to Caryn. I think she will see how well Tom pulled the wool over her eys at last TC to have her vote his way.

Paranoia sets in as alliances crumble and some Survivors feel like they've lost control of the game.

Gregg will get the wowen to form an aliance with him? So Tom feels he has lost control? Who knows at this point it could be anyones game. But I still think it will be Gregg, Tom and Ian as the final three.

Jenn's for sure! OMG! I think in the history of Survivor, that had to be the most incredulous look EVER!!!!

I loved it. I cannot believe how easy Katie was willing to go over to Gregg and Jenn's camp. She said in her camera interview she will flip-flop to whoever seems to be making the decisions. well if that is the case, then why did the previews show her attacking Ian for forcing her hand? WHAT is he supposed to do, sit back and let her vote his alliance out, one by one?

GOD, I hate this point of the game. Everyone acts as though any act against them is a sword through the heart, but they can do whatever they see fit to advance in the game, just nobody else.

BTW, every season they have a big reward where the winner chooses to bring someone with them. And every season, they take their "buddies" and go off. I would NEVER leave the camp at this point in the game. It is equivalent to digging your own grave. I think Rupert was the only one who played it smart, and gave his reward away. That is what I would do. No way am I leaving camp so they can all decide to vote me out next.
