Rob thinks he is in control. Wouldn't it be grand to see him totally blindsided like Richard and Colby. I'd love to see the expression on his face!

I saw Jerri on the Early Show this morning. She really didn't say a lot. She confirmed what Ethan said that playing All Stars was not fun since you already knew you would be miserable.

She also said that she was not lazy like she was portrayed.

She said that she was glad that if she had to be taken out it was by her friend, Amber.

She was questioned about her rivalry with Colby. She said that she is over it and compared it to playing basketball. Like being on a team and being beaten one year and the next, of course, she would want to win against them. She said that it's Colby keeping the hype up, not her.

And did you realize that she was the ninth person voted out in Australia too?

I was intrigued by Lex's willingness to follow Rob's lead.
Rob is strong and has Amber to vote with him if there is
a merge next week. I'd say they are a shoe in. If it comes
down to the 2 of them-Amber wins, I hope Rob realizes that.

I think Rob is an outstanding player this time around. He has them all in the palm of his hands. Last night proved it. They all voted to please Rob! If they had any sense, Amber would have been out of there. Do they really think Rob will keep them around once the merge happens? I was screaming at Lex from the couch!

My money is on Amber and Rob for the final 2 with Amber winning it all.

God, I hope not. But deep down I think you are right.

I just don't care for either of them.

I love it when the person who wins is some one that I am rooting for. But I just don't see that happening this time around.

I am not convinced it is so much Rob playing a good game as it is the others playing a really stupid game. Rob's making an offer ( threat?) to Lex could be viewed as a desperation move that anyone would have thought of in the same circumstances.

If Lex had done the smart thing and voted off Amber, would we be hailing Rob as an excellent player?

Explain one thing to me. If Amber is the winner, how come she is doing (stupid) commercials for Adelphia cable service?

In the previews for next week's show, it looks like Rob is caught in one of his own lies. Of course, that could just be more creative editting on the part of the producers of the show.

I, for one, am so completely bored by the misleading editing. Why can't they see that they are ruining a good thing by luring people to watch for something that never happens.

And it is not just reality shows doing this. It has become pervasive.

Personally I find it incredibly insulting that they think this is something the viewers will swallow indefinitely.

Let's face it, we would probably watch the show without these untruthful teases. All they are doing is pi**ing us off.

Maybe she did the commercials before the All Star Survivor.

Another thing to remember is that every time it LOOKS like someone is going to win they don't. It's usually the person you least expect to win. Alicia is hardly getting any footage, maybe it's her?

Nobody knows who the winner is until it is announced live in May.

But remember, we are only seeing what they want us to see. There may be other factors involved that we are not aware of as far as why Jerri went vs. Amber. But I do agree, it looks like they are cowed by Rob.

You may be right. But if we are so dumb that we continue to let them manipulate us like that year after year, then we don't deserve any better than promos that are deceptive.

Because if you are right, that means we are tuning in week after week, knowing full well that what they teased us with is extremely unlikely to happen, and yet we watch in hopes that it will.

I felt bad for Lex. He's been "bamboozled"!! I hope Boston Rob does NOT win this thing.
