I did see Colby on the morning show, but I'm on my way to work. I will post details later if no one else does.

Jenna L was also missing during the champange. I saw Rupert sleeping. Jenna was probably in the bathroom, given the amount of food she "stuffed" in her face!

I think they picked Kathy because they did say their plan was working, to get the girls "gabbing" (Tom) and then trying to find out information from her. This came out when Tom was fishing. They probably figured they were less likely to get info from Shi-Ann or Jerri. The guys - forget it.

I'm glad Colby is gone. He really didn't do anything this season, but step up with he ego when he thought someone should go.
I really enjoy the players who are playing the game. Jerri isn't IMO so she should go soon. I also like to see the arrogant players go - Colby, and please someone vote out Boston Rob.

Maybe next week - since this is the time where B.Rob and Amber seem to get something going. This will not go over with the other players as their alliance will be too strong.

At least only 6 days to wait this time......

I'm still laughing my head off at what Jerri said about her attitude being so uplifting.

Saw Colby on both the Early Show and Regis and Kelly. He pretty much said the same thing on both shows. He facetiously said he is happy that Jerri after three and a half years has finally gotten her revenge on him.

He also said, he thought maybe he was on the chopping block last night especially after Shii Ann said he was the strongest competitor. He was hoping though they would have gotten rid of him at a later date. He was looking forward to individual immunity challenges against Ethan and Boston Rob.

He said Shii Ann had to make a decision on her own this week because Kathy was gone and Shii Ann akways voted the way Kathy told her to.

He said Kathy and Lex were the ones who were making the decisions in their tribe on who should go and stay...not him.

Kelly Ripa asked him...you know you are going out again with no fire, didn't any of you read up on how to start a fire. He defended his fellow survivors by saying they did do that BUT the elements are in charge and it was very, very wet and that is why no one had fire in the beginning.

He said that after he came back he shaved his head bald (using a Schick Quattro, of course) because of the sand fleas in his hair. That was the only way he could get rid of them.

Again both on the Early Show and Regis and Kelly he took a lot of flack about giving the $1,000,000 dollars to Tina in Australia by not taking Keith with him into the finals. That's about it.

I get a kick out of how the guys are overlooking Rupert when it comes to individual competition. While he may not be the most agile or fastest, he proved his strength of will in Pearl Islands and I don't think I'd bet against him in a water or strength related challenge.

I would have rather seen Jerry or Shi-Ann go just because their attitudes bother me. If they don't merge next week I think Mogo Mogo will lose another player and then when they do finally go into a merge will be picked off one by one.

I was upset to see Colby go because I traded Ethan for Colby thinking Ethan would go before Colby. I lost points on that one.

One reason I wanted Colby to do well this time is because he gave the million to Tina. That was an honorable thing to do (keep his alliance instead of go for the easy win against Keith).

Yesterday on the Early Show they talked about Kathy & Lex going into business together to create some type of high adventure travel company. I can see them having a strong alliance in All-Stars because a 1st & 2nd place finish for them would sure give them a good financial backing to get their business off the ground.

Colby was also on Good Day Live and really said the same thing as he did on the morning show. Gosh I'll miss his great face! Just when I started liking Lex he goes and votes off Colby! Maybe I'm just bitter about losing points for his departure. however I did quite well with the drinking points and singing!

I just had to LOL at those that mention the bathroom. I was thinking the same thing as I watched all of them stuffing their faces with all that fatty, greasy, yet sooo good food! Here they are living on fish and rice for weeks, I kept thinking that all that food must have done a number on their insides!

Not to sound catty, but did Jenna gain a lot of weight since season 1? I remember her a being so cute in her pink bikini, and now she just looks so different. I know it was a few years ago, but I don't know if she looks heavier or older or something, but I thought she was pretty attractive and now not so much.

Not that I should talk about looking cute in a bikini, but I just wondered if anyone else noticed. It did seem too that they really focused on her eating last episode! And didn't Ethan refer to her "fat behind" during one of the early shows?

BTW, really liked last night's episode. I was really on pins and needles to see who was voted out. I have not felt that way too much since the tribal councils of season 1. It always seems to be pretty predictable recently, so this was great.

Also, did anyone see Colby on Curb Your Enthusiam? Too funny! That show really pushes the envelope having a Holocaust survivor arguing with a contestant on Survior about who had it worse!

When Sue Hawk was on the morning show last week, she said that food was not really an issue this season. There was always plenty to eat. I guess as long as you are near water you will have fish and clams.

I felt really sorry for the survivors in Africa and Australia. They really had it the toughest.

I think the reason the tribe that won immunity (Chapera? Forgive me for not keeping up...) chose Kathy was, do you remember back to Marquesas? Each tribe had to pick an ambassador, and Boston Rob and Kathy were chosen by their tribes. I distinctly remember Kathy having a few beers and talking, possibly more than she should have, about the workings of her tribe. I suspect what happened this time around was, Rob remembered he could get info out of her (or, in this case, get the girls to get info out of her), after a few drinks and some food. So, that's my guess as to why she was chosen. Fortunately, I just added Kathy to my fantasy team, and got points for her consuming alcohol!

If that's the case, why didn't they take Shii Ann? She had the biggest mouth of all for a tribal "ambassador."

Very true, but Boston Rob didn't know that--he knew Kathy. He's definitely calling the shots in that tribe. Besides, I don't see Shi-Ann as such a strong player as Kathy. I'm thinking that BR thought he could manipulate Kathy better.
