Wow, the Blue Team! I don't see how Evvie survives unless she or Xander win immunity. Not sure if Xander would sacrifice his idol to Evvie if he wins the immunity challenge though.

The Yellow team is interesting. I could see it going really anyway. Either trick Naseer and get him (and his idol out). Go for an easy vote targeting Ericka or Heather....OR, someone wises up and they target Shan w/o her knowing.

Nasseer was an idiot. If your name gets written down, even as a decoy, it means that someone thinks you're enough of a credible threat that you should go.

They finally seem to be tumbling to the fact that Shan and Ricard need to be split up--they're a bloc. Liane, too, but she seems more likely to be retained.

Shan wants deshawn out because deshawn wants Ricard out. Which we know their alliance has to keep Deshawn for their plan to work.
side note- love Xander -but I usually root for the underdog (the one who has to continually fight for survival).

shan is ridiculous. Her know it all attitude is so aggravating but Deshawn backs down. Every time.

I was hoping Liana would go too. I was busting out laughing when she asked Xander to give her his idol for safekeeping.

I actually agree that Heather wasn't a good vote out at that moment at least. Naseer was a good vote out, he seems genuine but kinda got caught up in the moment of feeling comfortable.

I'm waiting to see if Ricard will break from Shan and collab with others. I'm actually waiting to see if those in Shan's alliance will have the boldness to turn on her.

Xander reminds me of Ozzy. How he plays how his position is in the game so far, etc. No one could be Ozzy lol but he does remind me of him.

Erika poor girl just seems sorta lost.

I was disappointed with Evvie going home. I liked her but it also gives Xander so little left to work with. Only 8 people left and the power alliance is made up of 5 people. Will Ricard be wise enough to know that he's #5 in that group? Even if he is, that only splits the groups 4-4 so idol play will come into the picture.

I was listening to Rob Has a Podcast where they discussed that Xander had another option, other than giving Evvie his hidden immunity idol. He could have used his extra vote, tying the vote 3-3 between Evvie and Liana. On the revote, only Xander, Danny, Deshawn would be voting, but if THAT vote came out a tie (apparently you still get an extra vote on the revote), then it would have been Danny and Deshawn pulling rocks, so it's likely that they'd have to vote for Liana. Either way it worked out, Evvie would have been safe and the power alliance loses a member. That would have been great TV!

TOTALLY agree. I'm fine if she was hoping for Naseer to win, but to say how she hates him, hates his face. Like what?

Also -- I don't think she's that great of a player.... She got totally embarrassed in the tribal where she tried to steal Xander's idol. She completely torpedoed her old alliance/tribe. It wasn't a case of helping vote someone out (successfully) and then asking for forgiveness later, it was straight up lying to his face and then failing miserably. And then her laughable attempt to get Xander to hand her his immunity idol???

Ericka and Heather voted for Naseer. Ricard voted for Heather. Naseer voted for Heather. Shan used her extra vote and put 1 vote on each of Heather and Naseer, rendering a 3-3 tie. The presumption was that they were concerned that Naseer might play his idol and they wanted to have 3 votes on Heather (just in case Ericka/Heather put votes on Shan or Ricard).

They didn't really show the deliberation on that strategy.

I am Team Xander all the way. I really enjoy watching his game play and how he thinks. Ericka is my #2, and I think Ricard is #3...maybe Deshawn?

I want Liana and Shan gone next. They drive me nuts.

IMO, Evvie would have betrayed Xander as soon as she could if some other alliance said she could join them. I would have like for them to vote Liana . And then, Xander and Evvie "could" have worked together at least for a short time.

Yeah, I'm not sure how Evvie would have proceeded, but if they've all sniffed out that Shan/Liana/Danny/Deshawn + Ricard, then she would also know that she's not breaking into the top 3 of that group.

On RHAP, they suggested that Deshawn's best move may have been to agree to vote for Evvie with his alliance, but tip off Xander that they were doing so in order for him to use his extra immunity on Evvie (or even better, realize the extra vote was an option too). Given that these folks keep almost NO secrets, that would have been a very risky move, but it would have been fun to see!

It seemed like Evvie and Xander just straight up believed Deshawn. I'm sure they are exhausted from day after of day of scrambling and Evvie made a huge miscalculation based on her friendship with Deshawn.

So Shan voted 1 for each, Heather and Naseer. And Ricard voted Heather. Think they wanted to vote out Naseer but manage his jury vote. By doing the 3 to 3 split, Naseer may think Shan and Ricard voted Heather with him. And then on re- vote they had to switch a vote because if they went to rocks either one of them would go home. They hope Naseer thinks Heather or Erika had the extra vote.

Now...Xander should have worked that extra vote too. If he played his on Liana with his regular vote and Evvie's vote...then they would go to re-vote and if they had to go to rocks it would be Danny or Deshawn who would be at risk so Deshaw would switch to Laina. Not sure why that didn't happen. Only can assume Xander wanted to keep his extra vote to help himself later and/or he didn't want to keep Evvie to work with.

Note Cookout 2.0 is still 4 strong. I keep reading that people think it must fall apart since they aren't showing much about it. And that Deshawn must betray the alliance to get Shan out. I think the alliance is a thing and I think it will hold near to the end. I think they are editing it out to keep viewers watching because they saw some of the backlash from BB and the Cookout. I suspect we get a late game montage of how they worked it out. I also suspect the final 3 rumors are false. Think it's to keep us from being aware all the players NOT in the AA 4 person alliance get picked off.
