Survivor 20**HvV**No SPOILER THREAD**

So Sandra was clueless that week as to who was getting voted off? Seems like someone worthy of a million dollars.

Watch the video ;)

She didn't know about the confrontation between Danielle and Russel at TC, if you watch all the secret videos you get the idea of how different things are there, things we don't see, how things changed from the time they get to camp from Challenges and when is time to go to TC.
She knew about Russell going after Danielle but she didn't expected the whole drama scene. There!!

Either way, she was too lazy to just carry an idol with her to TC. Anyways, I thought you were taking a break from this thread? LOL.

I didn't think Rupert could possibly get any more annoying and whiny...until watched the clips of him in Ponderosa :lmao:

How does Russell get away with telling people, "I'll make sure you go next." You would think everyone would have voted him out long ago- he's such a bully and thinks he is the God of Survivor. :confused3 And everyone generally looks scared of him- except Sandra "I'm against you Russell" :lmao:

Russel didn't learn much from last year. He really should try to make some friends on the jury. There is no way anyone on the jury is going to give him one single vote

I love that about her! :worship:

Not so. She was in the final 3 and Todd won that season (China) and in FvF she was in the final 2 with Parvati and Parvati one. This is the only season she has been voted out.

That's what I said. This is the third time that Amanda has been on Survivor, and this is the first time that she has been voted off.

No, I was referring to people who seem to want to crown Russell king of Survivor. Some of the ardent support appears to reach the level hero worship, hence my use of the term. It's not name calling, it's categorizing. I make no apologies for it.

I agree with you. It's one thing to like Russell, but some of the posters here take it to a different level. For example, thinking that he can win a challenge whenever he thinks he needs to. Or not recognizing all of the times that Russell has misread people or stayed in the game simply because of luck that he had nothing to do with. (Let's face it, everybody needs some luck to get far in this game, not the least of which is having the good fortune to be on the tribe that has the majority after the merge.)

I stand by my opinion that, whatever strengths he might have, Russell cannot be considered one of the best players ever unless and until he shows that he can get jurors to vote for him. If he wins this season, I will admit that I was wrong. But, unless they have dramatically manipulated what they show on TV and in the Ponderosa videos, I don't see where Russell is going to get the minimum of 3 votes he needs to survive in the final 3.

I am really enjoying this season, missing Boston Rob of course, but am liking it even without him. Colby has got to be one of the worst players ever, in my opinion. I was glad to see Rupert go last night......buh-bye ;)

Colby reminds me of a once great athlete who doesn't know when to retire. He was an outstanding player before, but this season he often seems disinterested. He's going to have to win immunity twice to get to the final 3 but he doesn't look like he's capable of doing that at this point.

I am a Russell fan but by no means do I worship him. I think that he is very entertaining and completely submerges himself in the game. Sure, he needs to hone up his social skills but I doubt he signed up to make friends.

Last season had so many lackluster players that is was easy to make it the "Russell" season. This season is a different story. There were a lot of big personalities this time. I have to give him kudos for lasting as long as he has. Both seasons he has been able to go through TC after TC without being voted out. I feel that is saying something with as "evil" as he is supposed to be.

Now that they are down to the final five, it is in everyone's best interest to take Russell to the end. They know that at least there is one person they would win against because the jury never votes for the biggest villian. Except for one time. That car salesman from Plano, TX. I think that his name was Brian. Maybe Russell should have paid more attention to his season.

For the most part, when Russell said that a person was gone, they were. I think that he is exhausted and has a slight crush on Parvati. Russell is drawn to women. Maybe he gets along with them better in his personal life. My dad was like that. Not like Russell per say, he just got along better with women better than men.

Would I like Russell to win? Sure I would. Do I think that he will? No. And I don't think that he will win most favorite player this season either. Now, if they had a category for biggest all time villian, he's win it hand down.

I don't think people worship Russell but people defend him because there are others on this board who feel the need to "slam" Russell whenever they get a chance. And that is just silly. Russell is a tremendous, tremendous player so the need to constantly point out his flaws while not pointing out his strengths will be met with strong resistance.

I finally saw the newest episode and well... officially my feelings about Russell have changed. I'm definitely not a fan of him anymore. I don't dislike him but he's just not my favorite. I think I might even like Jerri more than him now.

Go Parvati!

I like Russell but think that Parvati or Sandra will win barring anything surprising happening. I think that Russell can see that he is on a sinking ship. I think he's tired. They all are but he especially so since he just came off of another season. He's hanging on by a thread. Of course, this does not excuse any of his actions. Playing the game from the very first minute must be tiring. I know I would be.

Me too! The minute she said that, lying there picking her teeth and making fun of him- pretty much to his face- I was team Sandra.:happytv:

:lmao: Yes! It was hysterical. It got even funnier when they were relaying what happened to Jeff at TC and Parvati imitated Sandra with the toothpick :rotfl:
