Apparently the mods don't always agree that people have the right to post spoilers in a non spoiler thread, since they have removed them from this very thread in the past. I would say that they get to decide if someone has the right to post certain things. Actually, none of us have 'rights' on this board..just the owners.

People aren't being nasty..they are just asking the person to not post spoilers on this thread. I don't think she meant to be non courteous. She prob just didn't realize it, so we are asking for people to not post spoilers.

Does that poster have the right to post that? Yes.

I realize it's common courtesy but just like anything, not every does it. It's also common courtesy to put up the divider in the check out of the grocery store. It's common courtesy to not talk on cell phones in restaurants. The list could go on but the point is, not every follows what is generally agreed upon as being common courtesy.

I hope Sandra switches her vote and starts voting with the heroes and tries to get Russell out. Actually, I'm suprised Parvati doesn't try as well since he was really the one responsible for sending Danielle home. But no one tries to get him out!

I watched the previews for next week's episode and it looks like Sandra aligns with Parv, and Russell aligns with Rupert and Colby, of all things!

I don't think there is anyway Parv would try to take Russell out. Taking him to the final 2 would be a guaranteed million dollars since everyone hates him so much.

In any case they were removed..there have been troll posts in the past that weren't removed. I was glad for those who didn't want to know the end.
I think most of us would not want to ruin the surprise for others. I will never look at a spoiler thread again, myself. Really just ruined it for myself looking at it.
Most of the spoiler threads on the Dis, if not all, actually say spoiler in the title. That protects us from seeing the spoils. Unless you are nosey, like I was, darn it.
It really has prevented me from saying much on this thread, because I am afraid I would give away the ending. Even if you post it in white, because the board color is off white, it can be seen.

I think that it would be fun if Russell accidently found the idol that Sandra hid. It wasn't that far away from where she hit it. You could see Russell in the back ground.

LOL I wouldn't put it past him. Now that they know Rupert doesn't have the idol, I am sure on the next eppy Russell is going to go look for it...assuming Sandra didn't return later and put the idol in her bag.

I agree. I think she is a natural beauty & doesn't need much make-up.

I noticed that Russ only tries really hard to win Immunity when he feels in danger, most of the time he doesn't even try, like in Samoa he won that very last IC to Bret because he wanted Bret out so bad. When he feels in total control he doesn't care about the challenges at all, and he doesn't care if his tribe wins as long as he is not the one in danger.
Danielle commented that he was telling her things about Parvarti the whole week, but the edited the show in a different way for us to see the drama like if it was at the very last minute.

Im sure Sandra is going to go back and get the idol, knowing how paranoid and sneaky Russ is. She hided on a different spot and Russ would be looking for the red bush, but you never know, he'll probably find it.

Yes, I know there is a spoiler thread. But this thread, at the time the post in question was posted, didn't specify the allowance of spoilers or not.

Do I like that is was posted? No.

Was it perhaps unfair that it was posted? Probably.

Is it annoying? Yes.

This thread title has said "no spoilers" since about the second week of the season (actually, since I started the spoiler thread, what ever date that was.). I started the spoiler thread because I didn't want this one to end up with spoilers. I started the thread and I refuse to read it! So, it wasn't new news that this was the spoiler free thread. I missed the drama (thank goodness) because I Tivo Survivor and I'm always a few days behind in watching it, so I don't check this thread until I have caught up, so I'm always behind the times!

Last season, I loved Russell, this time, he's too over bearing for me. I used to hate Parvati, now I kind of like her. One thing I do know -- I never could stand Amanda, Candice, or Danielle, so I'm glad they all got the boot! I'm starting to think Sandra really has a chance to run away with it this year and I totally "get" her game this time. The first time she played, I thought she was just under the radar, but I think they edited a lot of her strategy out that time (or I just didn't understand that kind of strategy back then). Colby and Jerri are kind of boring this time, but I wouldn't mind seeing either of them win. This is a FANTASTIC season!

No it didn't. I checked to make sure before I posted what I had said. The "no spoilers" part was only added a few days ago and definitely AFTER that post that is getting everyone all riled up.

I agree for the most part. I think I'm officially rooting for Parvati. I like Russell still but he clearly hasn't learned his lesson, you can't treat people like (the s word) to get something you want. He's not just plotting and manipulating but he's really being a jerk.

I also don't think it helps that Courtney is on the jury because with her reactions to what Russell does, she might be stirring the pot on the jury against Russell.

I like Parvati a lot because she isn't being a jerk to anyone. She's using Russell to her advantage without being mean about it. I think the past is the only thing that will hurt her, if the jury can't get over what has happened previously.

Last season I thought the jury members were kind of childish in their decision. Sure, I've argued that Russell didn't truly outlast, outplay, outwit everyone because his social game came in and bit him in the butt. But I think this one, he truly doesn't deserve to win. At this point in the game, I think Parvati has done the best of everyone, it's just a matter of if she can make it to the top 3.

So far no one in the jury likes Russ, regardless of Courtney and after the drama with Danielle even better, she called him a liar to his face, even at ponderosa, the chef's name is Russell and they referred to him as "the good Russell". But we'll see, anything can happen.

I think Parvarti can make it to the final 3 because she knows how to win challenges and she can win IC again, but I don't know if she'll get the votes, maybe Danielle's. I agree, this season Russ has being all paranoid and control freak.

No one is getting riled up. But as I said, spoiler threads usually say that in the title. To me it's obvious that it was known this was a non spoiler thread..or why post it in white (although that didn't work good, since it can still be seen by some). We have also talked in this thread about not wanting spoilers. But it's pretty clear now, so hopefully there won't be any more spoilers here and people who don't know/don't want to know the final three won't have to worry about it being posted.

Sorry to those who didn't want to know and found out. I wish I could erase my mind, but that was my own fault.

I have the same feeling too. Russ is not going to take them, he will use them of course. I really hope Sandra goes to the final as well. Jerri is just boring and I think she has more chances to win over parvarti and Russell, he still thinks that the jury are going to pick him because he was in charge of the game and he knows that the Jury does not like Pavarti, I think he doesn't give enough credit to Sandra and Jerri has more votes from the villains so either way would be interesting. If Russ wins that would be because the jury realized something that they are not showing right now in ponderosa, and if he doesn't win, oh boy it might rain fire at the reunion.
