Has anyone actually ever heard from anyone at Disney after completing a survey they sent? I got one last week a day or so after we got back and I answered everything with pretty detailed information. Just wondered if those actually get read and if anyone ever bothers to follow up?

That being said bob chapek mentioned it in his matketwatch interview last week as a reason why the parks aren’t allowing its full capacity of guests in yet.

having been there in August 2021 and January 2022 - bother times being packed with people and long queues - inner response to his comment was “wait capacity is being limited still?” It probably technically is but man if they go to “full” I can’t imagine. But yeah I also caught the “we are doing this…. Cause the feedback…” vibe lol

I actually had a follow up email from a Universal Survey last week. I was shocked because I have done many surveys and never heard back. We stayed at Royal Pacific which is one of their deluxe hotels. It has free wi-fi up to four devices. Four sounds like enough but with everyone with and phone and Ipad, it didn't go far with the three of us. Our phones hardly had any signal in the room so mine had to have wi-fi. I stated the room sleeps up to five so at the minimum, the wifi should include five and not four. Their reply is that they will bring the suggestion to the IT department.
