Can you help a fellow DISer?

“My name is Jean Kang and I am a MBA student of Simon Fraser University, in British Columbia, Canada. I am also a member of this forum and my user name is jeank74. Currently, I am carrying out a market research project as part of my degree requirements. I am interested in what people think about their experience with the Disney Club.

All you need to do is to go to the link provided below and fill out the questionnaire. The questionnaire will only take approximately 15-20 minutes of your time.

Upon the completion of the questionnaire, you will be given a chance to win a prize draw as a token of appreciation from me. I am offering a prize of Fifty Disney Dollars. Thank you very much for your time, interests, and your great support for my project!!”

The link to the questionnaire is
found here Thank you in advance!!

This survey has nothing to do with the Disney Vacation Club. Instead of posting this in the Disney Vacation Club forum, I believe you would get a better response elsewhere.

It does have to do with the Disney Club which many of us have! I just completed it.

This was posted by another moderator - Pete has asked us to see if anyone would mind helping out.

I will be happy to complete it when I have more time on Monday (wife is dragging me to the in-laws for the weekend).

Just for clarification, the survey asks about the Disney Club, not the Disney Vacation Club.

So if you're a DC member go ahead and take the survey. The survey is about that club. It is not about DVC.

Did anyone else take this survey?

I took several marketing classes in college so, if I've got the time, I'm always happy to help people with surveys.

But I'm questioning exactly how much this person knows about the topic on which he's based his survey. Here's one of the questions:

"I expect cast members of Disney Clubs are more experienced and knowledgeable about Disney products than other cast members serving the general public." (this is a copy/paste, word-for-word quote)

He also asked about "our ability to meet new people as a result of being a member of the Disney Club."

I think of the DC as a discount club, and nothing else.

This survey seems sort of odd to me - anyone else?

Odd to me also. I started it, but did not complete. Some had no revelance to DC that I could see. Oh well, I tried.

I thought it was a great survey and can't wait to see the results.JP
