Survey after calling MS

I called MS to see if I was in the system yet (wishfull thinking) :rolleyes1 . We were not. There was a message just before the CM picked up that said I had been randomly selected to participate in a survey and to hold on after the CM hung up the phone which I did. I was asked to rate the length of phone call and the MS staff member that handled my call. Then I was asked if I would prefer to book future ressies by phone, fax, email or internet. I thought this was interesting that they are exploring opinions since I have read so much on this board about the sub-par web site and thought I would pass along the info.
 
That survey has been around for at least 3 years!
 
Wow, I guess everyone has been answering the survey question that they prefer making ressies by phone??:confused3

LOL - Yeah I am sure. So many things can be done without hassle on the computer, it is still frustrating that so little can be done re: DVC.:headache:
 

I get "chosen" almost every time I call. And I ALWAYS vote for internet booking.
 
It seems like I get the phone survey every time I call - but the last two DVC trips I've taken, I've also gotten the really long follow-up survey invitation in the mail after we returned.
 
I always vote for phone reservations, because the internet isn't good at carrying on a conversation.
 
I always seem to get the survey as well, but by the time I get off the phone, I forget to stay on the line.
 
I always get the survey when calling member services, but I also always get a survey when calling WDW dining. In addition I haven't had a stay at a WDW or DVC resort in the last 3 years where I didn't get the internet survey postcard the week after my stay. I'll still do the internet survey postcard, but don't bother with the member services or dining survey anymore.

The dining survey does seem to be every call. I was at WDW and wanted to change a time of a ressie and got it then as well...now I have given up on that survey.

We get the postcard regarding DVC stays about 50 % of the time.
