Ohmigosh!!! I LOVE the new storybook circus characters. Can't wait to meet them in a few months. The costumes are just perfect!

I love that this meet and great had next to no line at all. It was a great first day at the parks for us too.

:thumbsup: well here's my confession, this is the end of what I put together a week or do ago. It will probably be into the weekend before I go farther. Maybe well be back on the same time frame them!!

It was a great day! We knocked out some things that I had planned for our other park days which was a plus when those park days finally came around!

OK, time to catch up! It's the one thing on my agenda for this evening, so hopefully I can be current before my head hits the pillow tonight.

So what was your impression of the distance LM was from everything? There's a "discussion" on the AoA thread right now where someone called the people who didn't like it were lazy. OK, so are you lazy? Well, you know I have no problem admitting I am! LOL. Seriuosly? We're on our feet around 12 hours a day. Why is it bad to point out that it's a LONG walk back there?????

Mostly for me it just changed the resort experience for me. We're used to getting a preferred room, and requesting something uber-close.....at the Pop. When we do that, we're back and forth to the gift shop and food court a lot. This trip in the LM section? Not so much. The refillable mugs were practically worthless to us. I opted instead to just pay for a new drink on our way through at the end of the night. And when we're that close at Pop, I let Katie run up to the main building herself. I didn't let her do that from the LM section.



1) LOVE the Vanna poses in the bikini, especially the Prince Eric pose!

2) OK, I just read the part where you got your tickets reprinted. WHEW! What a huge relief. I had been on the edge of my seat all this time! OK, maybe not. But I'm glad you could finally relax!

Oh.... and AMEN!

3) That meatball sandwich looks awesome! I can't believe I never tried it!

4) Tell Kadence she looks awesome in front of the Sho-Girl car. And that mom and dad should buy her one of those when she turns 16.

5) Don't you just LOVE that CARS section? I don't want to spend the cash to stay there, but I want to stay there! When we get our girls trip together..... you know..... when I'm ready to travel with friends again....... in 20 years or so....... we should split a room there!

6) The picture of you guys all together in the MK makes me so jealous. Almost jealous enough to ditch my just recently adopted vow to never travel with friends ever again as long as I live!

7) Well crud, those photos just reminded me that even though I caught back up Jen's TR report earlier today, I have one more to still catch up on! That's OK, this is fun work!

8) I might have said so before, but it bears repeating....... Great job on the Alice costume Grandma! It's tricky getting that lace on just right and it looks great. And Kadence is such a beautiful Alice!

9) OK, all the comments about your PP shot of Kadence I saw on email (so without actually seeing the photo) all make sense now. That's a stunning shot.

10) You know I would have had to hurt you if you had missed your chance at a photo in the Teacups in that Alice costume, right?

11) Isn't Storybook Circus wonderful? I really didn't think I'd care much one way or the other, but really just loved it. Especially the characters. And I didn't like that they moved Dumbo out from behind the castle, but I really do love what they did with it.

I did make her autograph book. I went to Hobby Lobby and got a 5x8 sketch book, the kind with metal ring that I opened. I took the pages out and ran therm through my printer to get certain characters that I knew/hoped we meet with.
I'll post a couple pictures of it later in the TR.

My head hurts to much to hit the pillow, so I thought let's stress my eyes even more and check out the DIS on my phone, The small print helped so much (not) that I decided to jump on my laptop. It is quite a hike after a long day at the parks. Heck, I was honest and after our 2nd trip to the front desk the first night, I was already wishing it was closer. Some people have to have something to flame, why not us lazy people.

John was our slave cup filler once a night if we wanted something, but mostly, I just went and got ice from the machine a couple doors down from our room and drank water.

All of those were her idea. She also wanted to lay in the treasure chest, but I said no. She also wanted to climb in with Sebastion. She's weird, takes after her father.

She really did, Kadence loved it and there were no itchies! I think she made a beautiful Alice, but if I tell her anymore, her head may not fit through the door.

I saved it in 8x10, 5x7, and 4x6, added borders and plain. It's one of the best PP I've even gotten!

Yes! I'm so glad I got the pages printed and we ducked in there. Top 4 character meets the whole trip! Donald was a hoot!

I did see dumbo all lit up, no pictures as I was too far away to take decent ones, but it was cool!
