surprise trip

well, it's kinda a surprise, but not really. we are booked for a girls only trip this july. my mother and sister think we are staying at POR, but we are actually staying at the beach club. I am not sure how long I can keep this under wraps. I know that at least the paperwork is rcvd I can do this. Since all the paperwork is coming to me, I should be okay. When we got on ME, they said, okay...everyone's going to Port Orleans, right? does this happen on every bus trip and if so, is there a discreet way to ask them not to.

I think that they will find out once you get in the ME line. Since the lines are set up by groups of resorts unless you are really lucky, the BC line will probably be different than the POR line.

Sorry, totally different lines. Besides, they have a person after DME check-in that asks you which resort right before you get into the queue. I don't know how well versed in WDW the rest of your party is. Maybe when you get in the BC line you could tell them you know a shortcut.

that's funny, i could always say the bus stops at both resorts. my mom has not been there in about 15 years, my sister went there last year, but didn't stay on-site, so no ME. I was considering getting a limo for the way to disney, then using ME to get home, but it seems so silly to spend extra money when they offer free transportation.

There's a sign at the start of the line for the actual bus that says Beach Club. Yacht Club may be on that sign too. But that's it. Plus you're asked what hotel you're going to when you check in, and again when you walk over to the bus lines. Then they announce on the bus where you're going. The vouchers and the luggage tags also have your hotel name on them.
