My Mom (best mom in the world) just called and said she wanted to take me to Disney for a long weekend, just her and me. WOOT! Then she asked me to plan it! Double WOOT! Because she knows I love that.
So here's the thing. I'm up to my eyeballs planning my October trip (almost qualifying for a grand gathering on that one) and this is a completely different mindset. In October, we have several preschoolers with us. This one is just me and mom. We haven't been to Disney together since 1998 when we went to the Disney Institute. I've got the major details picked, but I am flummoxed for a few more "perfect" dining experiences.
Some things to know:
Friday
Arrive at MCO around noon
Late lunch at CR (which restaurant?)
Dinner at Turf Club on one end of a spa appointment at SSR
Also going to DD after that
Saturday
Epcot
Breakfast on the go
Lunch at (?)
Dinner at Le Cellier
Sunday
Animal Kingdom
Breakfast on the go
Lunch at Yak & Yeti
Dinner at Narcoosees
Monday
Epcot
Breakfast on the go
Lunch at (?)
Dinner at Flying Fish
Tuesday
Early bfast in the CR then depart
Thanks!

Some things to know:
- She is in her mid-sixties and isn't the best walker (although she insists that she won't need a scooter... just will be a bit slow). So we are trying to minimize walking.
- We're only doing two parks (EP and AK), as that what she wants. No park hopper for her (I have an AP, but I don't think she needs to spend even more money for a PH).
- We're staying at the Contemporary because she wanted to stay there. She doesn't want to GO to MK, but she does want to see the fireworks from the comfort of her room. I didn't object, of course.
- She wants ALL TS with no character breakfasts. She loves to eat (as do I).
- She loves red meat, but I'm not looking to kill her by only eating steak the whole trip.
- I have DDE, so I want to stick to restaurants that participate.
- Trip is mid-May (16-20)
- We will NOT be renting a car and we're using DME
