Surprise Pins?

What is the trick to finding out where the "Surprise Pins" are being sold? Last time I was a WDW, I just happened upon some. I would like to do better this trip and head right for them.

Would they know at City Hall in MK? Any thoughts woul dbe appreciated....

There were internet-connected computers around the parks near payphones that you could check odpt.com for free. Surprise pins are usually listed on the site. But I think they are phasing out these computers.

I have a cell phone that can receive text messages, and I have my dizpins email alerts forwarded to my phone.
