Surprise in the mail!

For a while, I've been looking (and wanting) a Mickey carpet bag from the Disneystore website. I could never bring myself to order it though because the shipping was ridiculously high. I told my DBF about it and asked if he could get one of his friends or family from the US order it. He said he'd ask someone and then let me know if it was okay... Well, he never did ... he said he was busy and didn't have the time (or so I thought). So for the past week I've been bugging and bugging him ...

Well last night while we were eating supper, the DHL delivery guy shows up with a large box. I just assumed it was a computer box but it turns out my DBF ordered 4 pieces of matching luggage from the Disneystore. Now I have a carry-on suitcase, the carpet bag, tote and purse It was a complete surprise because I really did think he was busy with work! Of course the downside is that I don't want to check the luggage since I don't want it destroyed.

Anyway I just had to share that with my DIS friends! I told a couple of my coworkers and they stopped listening after I mentioned it was Disney related

I ordered the carpet bag off the website last week. Hopefully it will be here soon. I know that the shipping is expensive for one item, so that's why I always make sure my order is huge and then the shipping is the least of my worries.

Co-workers here are tired of hearing about my countdown to my cruise but who cares!!

Elismom -- we occassionally have dismeets and you should come out to the next one. They tend to occur all over Toronto (and London) to give people equal opportunities to drive.
